Here's what you can expect over the next year on this magical mystery tour through the filmography of one of the most famous (and divisive) actors of this generation. He's gone from the Academy Awards to the pits of Internet ridicule and infamy.
He is Nicolas Cage.
Now, since I'm taking a completionist approach to this little project, I will be watching and writing on films that, ostensibly, have very little to do with Nicolas Cage. A few he's actually uncredited and just has a cameo appearance, but if it's listed on his IMDB filmography, it's on my list.
As such, each post about each film will contain a few pertinent details, in addition to the basic info (run-time, release date, and the discussion about Cage's appearance/performance), which will include (if applicable) the amount of screen time Cage gets, and when he makes his illustrious appearance (you know... so you can skip to the good part).
Anyway, as an introduction, here's a linkified list of all the movies that I'll be tackling over the course of 2013

By the time 2013 wraps up, though, this list will have expanded, since he's got 8 or 9 movies slated for release this year, but I'm going to try to end the year entirely caught up.
Well, that's about enough of an introduction, I think. Check back regularly, feel free to follow Caged for a Year to make sure you don't miss any cinematic masterpieces, and, in the words of Memphis Raines, let's ride!
Honeymoon in Vegas is a great Idea. A honeymoon is the traditional holiday taken by newlyweds to celebrate their marriage in intimacy and seclusion..
